Under normal circumstances the Royal Mail 1st Class service should only take 1-2 working days. However, there are inevitable delays due to Royal Mail staff shortages and restricted working practices. We are despatching orders straight away, as we would normally, but please be patient if your order hasn't arrived as quickly as you would expect it to. We are hearing occasional reports of orders taking over a week to arrive. We would ask you to be patient, but please feel free to Contact us if you are at all concerned.

International Delivery Times
Due to the current global situation, customers may experience longer delivery times than they would usually. This affects both customer orders and deliveries from overseas publishers and suppliers. We would ask you to be patient, but please feel free to Contact us if you are at all concerned.
These are challenging and uncertain times, but with our staff and customers’ best interests at heart we are making decisions and adapting to circumstances as things change.
As of July 1st we're delighted to report that the office is now fully staffed and we are operating our normal hours in the office and on the telephones.
Hygiene and personal safety is a priority in the office. All postal and courier deliveries are arriving as normal, however a safe personal distance is maintained at all times and no contact is being made (to sign for items etc). The main door handles are being sanitised between each delivery.
We are once again able to welcome customers wanting to come and browse through music. Visits must be by appointment only and we can only allow a maximum of two people at a time, to comply with the 'Rule of 6'. Customers must sanitise their hands before looking at music and wear a face mask (or suitable facial covering) for the duration of the visit. Please contact us in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time.
We have always considered our customers to be our musician friends, and we will continue to do our very best for you for as long as we can. We are active on Facebook, so please do feel free to keep in touch with us that way, and also to help our wonderful musical community to stay together through the coming months.
