Graham Salter is an accomplished oboe soloist, orchestral player and teacher. He has enlisted the help of Paul Harvey, a very experienced saxophonist, composer and teacher to edit the short technical notes which accompany each piece, and he has provided the fingerings on the inside back cover. The Introduction - 'Some Brief Advice on Breathing and Fingering' has been prepared jointly.
