Music may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Please include your invoice number and reason for return, so your refund/exchange can be processed quickly. If you have received faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied music please Contact us for a pre-paid returns label.
Music returned to us that has been marked or damaged in any way will not be eligible for refund/exchange - this includes music damaged in the post, so you must ensure that it is returned in appropriate packaging, using additional cardboard for protection if necessary.
Please obtain a proof of posting certificate when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
Please note that we cannot refund Digital Editions ordered in error.
