Fit in 15 Minutes for Flute offers basic exercises for a variety of different technical demands. The tempo and range of most exercises may be tailored to individual requirements. In this way students and amateurs may create their own personal fitness programme in a similar way to professional flautists.
This book is divided into three main sections: Tone Exercises, Articulation Exercises and Finger Exercises. For your warm-up programme, choose one or two exercises from each section. All exercises present models that may and should be varied.
