LAGOS CONNECTION (score only)

This piece was inspired by Tony Allen, one of the founders of the Afrobeat genre. It was written for my woodwind ensemble at Highcliffe School and has a wide range of abilities. The Bass Guitar part comes with an additional Bass TAB part, and there are a variety of bass instrument options to hopefully cover the many variations of instrumentation a school might have.
Woodwind parts are included for the following instruments:
4 Flutes, Oboe, 5 Clarinets in Bb, 2 Alto Saxes, Tenor Sax, Bass Clarinet, Baritone Sax & Bassoon
The set also includes Bass Guitar, Bass Guitar with TAB, Egg Shaker, Drum Set & Keyboard
The Bass Guitar with TAB part is set over 4 pages. The Keyboard part is set over 3 pages. 11 of the parts are set on A4. The remaining 8 parts are set on single sided A3.
Not all parts are necessary for this piece to work. The Keyboard part covers the harmonies given in the easier woodwind parts.
