THE LEMON LILY WALTZ

Short yet picturesque, The Lemon Lily Waltz (oboe and piano sheet music) makes a great concert opener or closer. It tells the story of the Lemon Lilies that grow in Idyllwild and are becoming more endangered year after year. Idyllwild hosts a yearly festival to celebrate this beautiful flower and to bring attention to this threatened native lily.

Originally performed by Ryan Zwahlen – oboe, and Jeanette Yaryan – piano on the Classics at the Merc Concert Series in Temecula, California in 2012.
