TOCCATA - Shortened Version (score & parts)

The ever popular Toccata by Widor in a sparkling arrangement for four flutes where everybody gets an equal share of the action. The optional alto flute brings extra colour and an emotional quality to the piece. For this edition the original score has been cut to less than 4 minutes, making it more suitable for the average concert programme. Charles Marie Widor [1844 - 1937] was a French composer and organist. The Toccata was originally written for organ and is a very popular choice for weddings. Many Royals have chosen it, including William & Kate. So why not give the organist a day off and play this piece on flutes instead as the bride & groom walk down the aisle! CONTENTS: Score & Parts.
