NOVELETTE in C major (score & parts)

The 2 Novelettes were written for piano in 1927 and 1928. This arrangement for wind quintet was made by Geoffrey Emerson and has proved to be very popular.
Francis Poulenc (1899 ' 1963) was a French composer and pianist. Mostly self-taught, his works included songs, instrumental music, chamber music, secular and sacred choral music, operas, ballets, and orchestral music.
