Despatch Times

All orders placed before 4pm (GMT, Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same day, dependent on stock availability. We will let you know as soon as possible if we don't have everything in stock and give our best estimate of delivery timescale, so you have the option to wait for, or cancel, the out of stock items.

Shipping Rates - UK

A flat rate shipping charge of £3.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48) and £5.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 24) applies to all UK orders.
All other shipping rates are calculated at Checkout according to the total weight of the order.

Shipping Rates - EU

From July 1, 2026, as part of EU customs reform, customs duty will apply to EU orders under the value of 150 Euros that are sold to individuals (not business customers). These costs, pre-paid by us and including a handling charge from Royal Mail, are £3.60 per order (£3.10 for Republic of Ireland). These costs have been added to the shipping charge. Please note, depending on the country, there may be other customs charges, not related to this reform, that you will be liable for. This applies to the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

From July 1, 2026, as part of EU customs reform, customs duty will apply to EU orders under the value of 150 Euros that are sold to individuals (not business customers). These costs, pre-paid by us and including a handling charge from Royal Mail, are £3.60 per order (£3.10 for Republic of Ireland). For parcels sent via courier, these charges are £11.45. An additional tax is payable in France, charges are £2.75. These costs have been added to the shipping charge. Please note, depending on the country, there may be other customs charges, not related to this reform, that you will be liable for. This applies to the following countries: Greece, Belgium, Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia.

Shipping rates are calculated at Checkout according to the total weight of the order.

Delivery Options - UK

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - usually delivered next working day after despatch, including Saturdays. Packages are fully tracked, from despatch to delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - usually delivered within 2 working days after despatch. Packages are fully tracked, from despatch to delivery.

Heavy shipments: if your order is over a certain weight we may upgrade it to a Parcelforce delivery - this is at no additional cost to you.

Out of Stock Items - UK

All in-stock items ordered are despatched straight away using the Delivery Option chosen. Any back-ordered (out of stock) items will be despatched subsequently using the Royal Mail 48 service.

Out of Stock Items - Overseas

Orders with out of stock items will be held back until everything is ready to be despatched. We will let you know if we don't have everything in stock and give our best estimate of delivery timescale, so you have the option to wait for, or cancel, the out of stock items.
